The sterilization is a vacuum process using a formaldehyde-steam-mixture.

Based on the proven lowtemperature sterilizer series Formomat, the new Euro-Formomat allows sterilization of heat-sensitive items at a  temperature as low 55° C. Latest control technology and sophisticated technical details assure reproducible process runs and safe sterilization. Thanks to the various equipment versions and hightech process documentation, the Euro-Formomat is the ideal sterilizer for all heat-sensitive sterilizer items.

The agent is then taken out of the receptacle automatically. At no time has the operating personnel any direct contact with the agent. The operating panel is ergonomically mounted into the unit with the integrated display continuosly showing the current machine status or the running program stage in easy to read clear text messages. 

Big signal lamps mounted in the Infobar at the machine front also indicate the machine status and can be seen from the distance. A large dot matrix displays the remaining cycle time of the running sterilization program, the chamber pressure and malfunctions if necessary. This Infobar allows the operating personnel to see from the distance the current cycle stage and to calculate their time until next loading.
