diagnostics and quick remedy. One of the supporting pillars of the company
philosophy is education and training.
Owing to the rapid progress made in engineering we are keen to keep our
staff members as well as our customers up to date. Apart from machine
specific instructions, our service technicians are also trained in
adjacent disciplines such as steam supply, water treatment, processing
and documentation of sterile goods, communication technology and current
regulations.
You can be sure to be trained in your new equipment by professional
MMM experts and to benefit from our competence. Training programs and
specialised seminars - tailored to customer requirements - complement
our range of services. Apart from product training, our committed
staff members are continuously trained in in-house and external seminars.

Thanks to short distances, our service crew of more than 100 service technicians
in Germany, Austria and Switzerland has short response times. If necessary and in
urgent cases we are available 365 days a year and 24 h a day.

One operation strategy

Our technicians service many different machine types. But we were still able
to complete 91% of all repair tasks during the first operation last year.
This can
only be achieved by an optimised employment of our car pool and the spare parts
stocks available in our service cars, by a comprehensive test equipment (according
to ISO 9001, chapter 11) and by a well trained service staff. We strive to
improve this rate every year.

mechanical, electrical and electronic inspection. Only reliable measuring
results deliver the precise proof that everything works conforming to specifications.
