1934 Foundation of the "Risuco" company by Ritzinger + Strobl in Munich
1946 Johann Koller joins the Risuco company
1954 Foundation fo MMM by J. Koller as successor company of "Risuco"

Take-over of the sterilizer manufacturing company ROM Rudolf Otto Meyer

1958 First fully automatic controll system "Selectomat 58" with several fixed sterilization programms

Delivery of a steam sterilizer with Selectomat control system to Edinburgh. This machine was used to develop the steam penetration test by Bowie and Dick, the so-called Bowie-Dick-Test.

Development of the first ultra-sonic cleaning machine "Ultramatic"

1963 Construction of the manufacturing works in Stadlern, Oberpfalz
1970 Development of the first decontamination system in Europe for machine cleaning and disinfection prior to sterilization
1972 Take-over of the company Küster-Hartmann, Berlin, from Siemens AG
1973 Move of MMM München from Implerstreet (Munich) to Planegg
1979 Foundation of the subsidiary MMM Sterilisatoren AG, Schweiz
1980 Change-over of all important sterilizer series to PLC control
1985 Development of special processes for sterilizers applied in labs. Launching of the sterilizer series Vakulab, Ventilab&quotand "Seculab"
1987 Foundation of the subsidiary MMM Krankenhauseinrichtungen Ges.m.b.H., in Austria
1988 Foundation fo the susidiary MMM Danmark A/S, Danmark
1990 Participation in the Austian company SBM
1992 Change of the MMM Board of Directors J. Koller passes the management on to M. Koller, A. Raab and A. Schäfer

1993 Foundation of the susidiary MMM Italia srl, Italy, MMM Nederland b.v., Netherlands and MMM Medcenter GmnH, Deutschland
1994 Take-over of the company SBM, Austira
1995 Development of an opto-electonic measuring instument Vapocontrol that measures the level of non-condensable gas in steam and thus monitoring the steam quality.

Progress made in the development of process engineering and design of the patented control valve Digivalve for continous, fast and precise control of pressure and temperature within the sterilizer chamber and process monitoring system IPC (InProcessControl)

1996 MMM acquires shares from MSAG Schaerer of BMT and thus holds the majority of the share capital of Brünner Medizin Technik

MMM participates in the software company "IBH Datentechnik GmnH", Kassel

Foundation of the subsidiary OOO MMM Russland, Russia

1998 Launching the new series "Euro-Selectomat", featuring consistent modularity, modern technology and intelligent system components with browser and bus technology
1999 Take-over of the SBM subsidiary "SBM UK" in Great Britain and change of name to "MMM UK"
2000 Patent application of the monitoring system "Hospital 24"
