Medical engineering meets facility management

There is a large intersection of facility management and planning and installation, e.g. of a newe CSSD. We have realised many projects in recent years, where MMM, being general contractor of the hospital, has closely cooperated with architects and planning agencies.

MMM disposes of a large range of competencies not only in the conversion or new development of CSSDs but also in other constructional measures in the field of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization. We offer our expertise in a reliable, prompt and budget compliant way.

External Facility Management means (from the customer's point of view): reduction of complexity and concentration on core business. MMM supervises those parts of construction which the hospitals do not want to realise on their own responsibility.
