We exercise a cooperative and efficiency-oriented leadership. Results are what counts at the end of the day. Sound results ensure jobs, add to the national revenue, maintain and improve the market position of MMM, satisfy the economic interests of the partners and disclose an optimistic way into the future. Management is a profession with the aim of achieving results.
We do not want to achieve such results no matter how. What is important to us is fairness, democratic and social cooperation with our staff, customers and sub-suppliers. At the same time we are aware of our responsibility as economic company that is obliged to present a positive balance sheet.
