MMM Group Service Application
Our new online support portal is available immediately. This is where, as an authorized and registered partner, you can report problems directly and open support tickets. MMM Group App
Our new mobile support tool is also available for you to download to your smartphone. It offers a new communication platform for receiving on-site assistance from “MMM - Technical Support”. The app provides a simple means of getting in touch with us and jointly finding solutions via chat, video call or augmented reality, including in conjunction with data glasses.
The MMM App offers:
- Online and offline chat, sending of messages with direct translation,images and videos
- Live support with images and sound via a smartphone on Android or IOS
- Allows the use of tools such as screenshots, setting bookmarks
- Transfer of information such as electrical drawings by splitting the screen on the smartphone
