Johann Koller, the founder, proprietor and CEO of MMM played a principal role in the history of the company over many decades. Founding of MMM. Our first factory opens its gates in the middle of Munich – on Implerstraße – and begins to produce operating tables.
MMM delivers the first sterilizer to the German market.
Start of manufacturing in the Stadlern plant. Johann Koller selected his place of birth as the future production and training location of MMM.
MMM’s headquarters moves from Implerstraße to Planegg Semmelweisstraße.
Establishment of the subsidiary MMM Switzerland.

Change in management – Johann Koller hands over the management of the business to Michael Koller.
Acquisition of shares in Chirana Brno in the Czech Republic and creation of the BMT brand.

MMM acquires a majority stake in BMT in Brno/Czech Republic.

In the new Peiting plant near Schongau, Germany, MMM finds the optimal conditions for a further R&D and manufacturing location for its washer-disinfector range of products. This enables the MMM Group to become a full-service provider for RUMED solutions.
